SHIPPING

Ready to ship: Items are processed and shipped within 3 business days, M-F.

Preorder: Processing and shipping for preorder items vary, your preordered items will ship within one week maximum

If you would like signature confirmation for your order, please notify us in the notes section of your checkout. We recommend this for people who live in an apartment building or busy area. BYRKA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after verified delivery.

Any items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by BYRKA, we ask that you include photos of the damaged packaging and product in your email!


There is a possibility that your product will experience some delivery delay within 5-8 business days due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the holiday season.

RETURNS

In the event that you need to return an item, please email us and describe your reason for return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged in order to be reimbursed for their value on a gift card for use within our online store.

There are no refunds, in case the product is damaged, you must contact us and send a photograph to proceed with the acceptance of the return of the product and then the sending of a gift card with the value of the returned product.

Custom fit* - All products that are ordered with alteration included cannot be returned if the measurement is incorrectly ordered. The ordered measurement is the responsibility of the customer and will not be subject to return or refund of the cost of the product or the cost of the alteration.

BYRKA is responsible for shipping handling and the customer will be responsible for shipping the returned item.

The return gift card will not have an expiration date, until you spend the monetary value of it.
